Thank you for considering our stallions in the 7^thAnnual NWSHBA stallion auction. Auction proceeds fund educational programs and our annual NWSHBA year end breeders show while giving great exposure to stallions standing here in the northwest.

Here is our tentative schedule of how the auction will run and how stallions will be promoted.

Initial list of stallions presented at the September 2005 Breeders Classic September 9-11th in Spanaway, Washington. A list will be printed in the Horse Show program as well an opportunity to view ads in the program, videos, pictures and some of the get produced by the stallions and actual stallions. Please realize all stallions are not currently on the web site. It will be updated as information is received.

The Auction will open with First come Buyers being accepted at the show. Bids will be accepted beginning at 5PM on Thursday September 8^th. Any bids received via email prior to this time will be opened in order of postmark. We will have an “instant buy” price listed. We are hoping this will encourage first time breeders to not be intimidated by the auction process and help the stallion owners be able to sell to a specific breeder if they choose. The bid amounts will be posted for all to see and the first person to turn in bids with a 100.00 deposit to the show office will win the stallion breeding. The balance will be billed monthly with the final payment of the bid will be due January first. Booking fees are paid directly to the stallion owner. Stallions received after the show will be posted on the web site with the first postmarked bid being the winner. Any stallions donated after Nov. 1st may not make this list but will be updated onto the website by January 1^st.

The regular bidding of any stallions not purchased will be ran in the January issue of the Flying Changes and Horses Inc. All participating stallions will be listed on the website as they come in. No additional entries will be posted after January 1^st. Stallions sold through the instant buy program will also be advertised as SOLD in the publications
